Phenomenological Research on the Aged Generation¡¯s Conflict Types and Experience of Minority Media Education£ºFocusing on Deleuze and Guattari¡¯s minority theory and Foucault¡¯s theory of subject construction
Chang You-Jeong

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to discern the aspects and patterns of conflicts in the aged generation in this rapidly aging society and draw the fundamental meaning of minority media education experience in the aged. Through media education, they are getting used to digital communication, and such alteration of communication modes lets them live more productively, positively, and autonomously as a new aged group. The most important result found in this study is that what forms the ground in changing the recognition of the aged living in this aging society is citizenship of the aged. Citizenship of the aged cannot be gained naturally, but education needs to be added. It implies that media education combined with graphic images is provided to change our recognition on the aged not as the subjects of exclusion and alienation but as companions in this aging society in which many generations coexist.
